Mini Rebounder Portable Trampoline for At Home Fitness and Exercise
The rebounder has been used for years as an excellent source for drills to increase posterior shoulder strength. By using weighted balls with the rebounder, you can develop stronger posterior shoulder (cuff) strength to help decrease injury risk during overhead throwing patterns.
Rebound drills can now be done in nearly any setting with this portable trampoline. Use it to warm up before throwing in practice or games! Increase blood flow and activate the muscles used for deceleration during throwing.
This trampoline can also be used for post-throwing to re-activate muscles in the cuff that may have “shut down” as the thrower becomes fatigued and the body begins utilizing other muscles that are not good decelerators. This is beneficial for the recovery process but also for long-term arm care.
